Clinical Dilemmas in Infectious Diseases

Clinical Dilemmas in Infectious Diseases is a section of CID that features clinical problem-solving exercises.  In these articles, a patient’s course is presented sequentially to a clinical discussant who then details their reasoning and approach to the case as it unfolds. This series is designed to highlight the clinical reasoning of infectious diseases clinicians and feature cases in which discussants tackle challenging diagnostic or management scenarios. Learn more about how to submit a Clinical Dilemma in Infectious Diseases article here.
